Tracking progress

As part of our support processes all of our clients are given access to our internal issue tracking system to allow you to raise issues as and when they occur. We use this system to track each issue in its entirety so you will be able to clearly see all the discussion and action that happens on any ticket you raise. Tickets are all assigned a priority level to allow us to concentrate our efforts on what is most important to you at any moment in time.

Most clients have a regular check-in call with us, to update both ways with the latest updates and make sure we have your current priorities in mind.

We're pretty flexible with what we can offer, and usually find something that suits both sides well.

Typical contracts we offer are:

  • Monthly purchase of hours: You agree to buy a certain number of ComputerMinds hours each month on an ongoing basis. Generous rollover allows for natural variations in workload.
  • One-off purchase of hours: You buy a number of ComputerMinds hours as a one-off or as a supplement to your normal purchase, in order to achieve a particular project.
