Mashup events

The mashup* event series is a formal gathering of like minded professionals who meet to discuss and debate what matters in the digital world. They needed a site to both promote new events and add value to past events in the form of reviews, video and photo galleries.

The site of course also had to handle the registration and payment for future events.

Building value through simple features

There are a number of simple features that add value to the users experience of the mashup events - being able to see future attendees and get a head start on your networking. The editable nature of the site allows the event organisors to quickly update event information with location details and schedule changes.

Facilitate the launching of new products

Drupal's flexible nature and powerful taxonomy system makes it easy to add new types of event and essentially launch whole new product ranges with minimal fuss.
